I would not necessarily worry about the sipxproxy.log showing errors about dns records. There are some cosmetic logging issues with appropriate JIRA's entered.
Right now there is a lookup for the A record of the sipdomain and some TLS records perhaps, but neither of these affect registrations or calling other phones on the same HA system. This is best started with sipx-users though --- Before you repost: Can you create an AA on the secondary system and call it? Be able to describe your schema and that there is no nat between the two systems. Be able to describe where the user(s) are in relation to sipx. Be sure you are not registering via an ip address from the phone too and the phone/us is able to resolve DNS SRV records.
