I was doing some feature testing. I have this working: Using an AA for receiving faxes... (in lieu of DID faxing, i.e. POTS gateway, etc.).
http://blog.myitdepartment.net/?p=210 What I am not able to do it to designate a fax box in the AA, I can only forward to a phantom user which forwards to the user ff designation. If I try to do this, the IVR drops my call. So is this an instance of IVR cannot transfer to the IVR app and is a bug? I'd like to know, because "long term" there should be an option for "transfer to a fax user" in the AA, but simply using: ~~ff~<user>@sipdomain.tld Does not work as a destination in the AA. I think this is a bug.
