Yeah, what I'm thinking is sipxconfig can know the state of a trunk that sipxbridge registers. If sipxbridge cant provide a BUSY then can the dial plan say"this a trunk that registers but the state in NOT REGISTERED, so let's not use it, and perhaps use the next gateway...
