Before I submit a Jira I just wanted to see if anyone else can replicate.
I have two phone groups let's say polycom550 and departmentX
Steps:
1. Add departmentX group to Intercom groups
2. Set the Alert Info #1 and #2 to blank on the polycom550 group (to
allow users to pick their own ring tones).
3. Send profiles.
Results:
alertInfo setting for Intercom is erased.
voIpProt.SIP.alertInfo.1.value=""
voIpProt.SIP.alertInfo.1.class="9"
voIpProt.SIP.alertInfo.3.value=""
voIpProt.SIP.alertInfo.3.class="10"
voIpProt.SIP.alertInfo.2.value="sipXpage"
voIpProt.SIP.alertInfo.2.class="3"
Behavior:
Phone now rings with user selected ring tone, intercom does not work on phone.
