Hi All,
Please check my scenario while testing:
My default AA language is German and Region is also German
user 200 having Personal AA with language English and operator 0
So other user(201) calls 200 and 200 call was not answered or
rejected then call will transferred to 200 VM
Now 201 will hear the prompt in English(The language selected by
200) and 201 press 0.So call will be transferred to operator
But now prompt will be played in German..
So when user press 0 for personal AA of 200 either prompt should be
played in English or German?Because Personal AA language will English
for user 200
