Hi All,
I having 2 following quires when mongodb is down
1.Failed message in Job status
While edit the user(not a agent in Contact center) and press
Apply or Ok button it will through a error message Replication:
insert/update failed - 123.And after few seconds replication failed
message in Job status page "File replication: resource-lists.xml"
But while edit the user(agent in Contact center) and press
Apply or Ok button it will through a error message "Cannot contact
contact center" but no replication failed message in job status page
So why there is two behaviors if user is agent of contact center and
normal user(not a agent in Contact center)?
2.Calling 100
We cannot call any user or extension or VM because mongodb is
down(valid one) but calling AA works with prompt and from that we cannot
transfer from it.So established call with 100 is valid behavior?
