thinking about this, take me to a 2 differents ways of solve this:

1) add a config parameter into "Call Control" service to define codecs
to add into first INVITE sdp

2) send an sdp free INVITE

I know that both solution are valid from SIP point of view and the
latter seems to be more effective 'cose call control don't know about
media stuff. So it's tecnically correct defer the media negotiation.
The question is wich of those solutions can be considered cleaner?
I hope someone with more experience on sip can suggest me the right way
to operate.
