I fixed localhost shared issues now by editing of /etc/hosts. Whereas, the
error of "httpd-sipxchange-common.conf" is still there.
Tow questions - for JAVA tools, shall we use OpenJDK for SUN JVM to compile ?
for Postgresql, what version shall I use, 8.4 or 9.0 ?

You need to run sipxecs-setup as root. Also make sure that you check this
"Checking localhost name is not shared:[FAILED]"
