I have almost same copy of java and postgresql as yours. I compiled from source
code and the compile process was well performed.
Even I run sipxecs-setup as root, it still claimed " httpd: Syntax error on
line 1087 of /usr/local/sipx/etc/sipxpbx/httpd.conf: Could not open
configuration file /usr/local/sipx/etc/sipxpbx/httpd-sipxchange-common.conf: No
such file or directory".
Any clues ?

if you installed the deps using the sipxecs repo, then you should be asking
these questions because the correct versions would have been installed. Anyway
here are the versions i have for 4.4

You need to run sipxecs-setup as root. Also make sure that you check this
"Checking localhost name is not shared:[FAILED]"
