Just now I installed the Dec 2nd 0.0.4.5.2 build in Centos-6
through RPM installation and behavior is same that "HTTP ERROR: 404, and
running the sipxproc, it listed all processes in Disabled state except
ConfigServer"

I tried the following command and restarted services but still the
same problem...
