I did a minimal install of centos 6 and then yummed epel-release and sipxecs. The install script was problematic in that it gave me an error re: selinux (which is off). I ran the setup again and it completed with no feedback.
Referencing the 4.6 Task List, I manually went to https://ip:8443/sipxconfig/app I got a 404 Error, 'Home' not found.
