Jasper reports link. Click and read. It's an open source project. It can query the CDR database and makes a query via an xml report templates and outputs in various formats. I guess it can also be used to produce reports based on the sipxconfig database too and output whatever sipxconfig has.
What has not been exposed is the ability to upload customer XML report templates and or query the CDR with parameters that will "create" and/or "save" this template for output which is probably what you want. I am not sure if the current build has a current version of jasper reports in it.
