I see that it is still running 3.4.8. I was hoping to work out details later and schedule a wiki cleanup day, but I recall there were some issues with the last one we scheduled due to the more "arcane" editor capabilities in this version (3.8) of confluence.
I looked at Confluence 4.2 and see it has a much easier to use editor (since the 4.0 version it is now WYSIWYG, yay!) and think that might make usability better to attract more users/editors and get better overall formatting. http://www.youtube.com/embed/P9-AKX9lSL8?autoplay=1&rel=0&wmode=transparent What I don't want to do is create a lot of work and cause an issue with the JIRA tracker either. So I need to ask, are there (or could there be), any plans to update Confluence? Are there any community resources that are needed to make this happen? -- ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Tony Graziano, Manager Telephone: 434.984.8430 sip: [email protected] Fax: 434.465.6833 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Linked-In Profile: http://www.linkedin.com/pub/tony-graziano/14/4a6/7a4 Ask about our Internet Fax services! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ -- LAN/Telephony/Security and Control Systems Helpdesk: Telephone: 434.984.8426 sip: [email protected] Helpdesk Customers: http://myhelp.myitdepartment.net Blog: http://blog.myitdepartment.net
