Well I didn't build libs yet, Douglas could give you more details when
he gets back. Wrt sipx build it fails at sipXconfig and it could be
due to sipXcommons dependencies, so issue
make distro.centos-6-x86_64.{repo-chroot-init,{sipXcommons,sipXconfig}.rpm}
and see if it builds ok.
