"It is placed in the directory
${prefix}/share/java/sipXecs/sipXrest/plugin"

Whenever I'm not 100% sure where to find something, I tend to use
"locate" as a shortcut:

[root@config sipxrest]# locate sipXrest

/usr/share/java/sipXecs/sipXrest

/usr/share/java/sipXecs/sipXrest/plugins

/usr/share/java/sipXecs/sipXrest/sipxrest.jar

/usr/share/java/sipXecs/sipXrest/plugins/sipXcallController.jar

/usr/share/java/sipXecs/sipXrest/plugins/sipxcdrLog.jar

Also, be aware that Linux is case sensitive, so you do need to search
for sipXrest and not sipxrest.

Dave.

Subject: [sipx-dev] Building Plugins for REST APIs

Hey,

I am fairly new at this, so could someone point me in the right
direction on how to build a plugin to get my API's to work on SipXecs
4.4. I looked at the wiki at sipfoundry, and it says I need to package
my JAVA files into a JAR and put them into a directory called "plugin"
in "sipxrest." However, I cannot seem to find this plugin directory. Am
I supposed to create the folder myself?

Thank you for all the help.

Daniel
