I'll be working on RLS service tomorrow. I should be able to shed
light what makes RLS exit. Until then, you can safely ignore this for now.

As of late yesterday, RLS is ready for testing. On an existing
system, run this command to get rls installed
yum groupupdate sipxecs
New systems will start to get rls by default by running recommended
install commands

I'll be working on it today, once fixed it should be ready for testing.
I did yum groupupdate sipxecs and rls package got installed but
still rls service is shut down....Please check the attached rls log...
