In roles page error message should be validated
Database arbiter is required if you have an even number of
distributed databases.
Above error message will display when 2 database arbiter is
selected....It should display only when none of the database arbiter is
selected...So when 2 arbiter is selected then error message should be
different
When click on apply button for illegal services then error
message should update
[ERROR.MISSINGMONGOARBITER]
[ERROR.SINGLELOCATIONONLY.dhcpd]
