ok I'm working to see if this behaviour can be changed, I feel that
the right behaviour for this part is the one I supposed, as code
suggests Mapping db should return a ContactList not a single contact.

If someone knows some details about this can point me on the problems!
so I can avoid loosing time on something that is hard to solve.
