Installed sipXecs (4.6.0. 2012-07-19EDT06:07:19 ip-10-72-43-110.ec2.internal) and updated (7/19).
I get a blank screen logging into Homer with the following errors: "2012-07-19T12:30:50.309536Z":5:NET:NOTICE:sipx.nolen.net:task-3031432048:b4affb70:sipxhomer:"StateQueueClient::signin Type=watcher SIGNIN" "2012-07-19T12:30:50.313192Z":6:NET:ERR:sipx.domain.net:task-3031432048:b4affb70:sipxhomer:"StateQueueClient::eventLoop Is unable to SIGN IN to SQA service" "2012-07-19T12:30:50.314585Z":7:NET:NOTICE:sipx.domain.net:task-3031432048:b4affb70:sipxhomer:"StateQueueClient::signin Type=watcher SIGNIN" sqa service is running and produces no errors on login. I have seen references to this problem, but perhaps I've missed the solution.
