I tried an installation tonight with the new 4.6 ISO. I tried it on the
same machine that failed a few weeks ago on the ISO, it failed again
tonight, although it did appear to do better.

Let me say that I don't believe this would be a machine used for 4.6 mainly
due to its software limitation of 2gb. And it's not important to me if this
particular machine does actually load 4.6. However, I do want to raise the
flag in case it is indicative of an issue that will arise on other machines
in the field later.

After booting, and requesting the root and root password, I entered it, and
it came to prompt stating it couldn't find the network interface. This
particular machines first interface is called p7p1, not sure if this
matters. The PWD I didn't write down, but it contained three files -
Anaconda, sipxecs and sorry, don't recall the last, but I'm sure the devs
know it by heart. Log files I believe.

I turned that machine off and can resurrect it if anyone wants details from
it.

I'm off to get it running on a different machine.

Regards,

Todd Hodgen
