Okay, My bad on this one.
The menu items appearing only when enabled got me on this one. Great feature, and I see how it can eventually allow for custom menu's based on different admin setting if I'm not mistaken. I hadn't turned enabled IM-Bot in Instant Messaging so the My Buddy wasn't appearing. Thanks Mircea.
