Hi Joegen,
I never worked on Homer in depth...First is about login to homer if authentication schema is set to Homer managed(not sure user name and password) and second thing I noticed that homer service is shutdown so I mentioned it and its not about either pid value...

Kumaran,

I am not sure what kind of update you are waiting for. Is it about the PID file being present while homer crashed? If so, do you have other information for us to work with? PID file being there while the app crashed is normal if you are simply asking a question for the sake of it.

Joegen

Hi All,
Currently homer doesn't display error message (something like "username/password is wrong") when try to login to homer(superadmin
credential) instead it just flash it empty username and
password(valid)...IMO it should display error message...
