I found

java.lang.NullPointerException
        at
org.sipfoundry.sipxconfig.acd.Acd.getAvailableAddresses(Acd.java:86)

And then saw the legacy ACD was enabled. When I disabled it the null error
messages went away. Homer still does not work though.
