I had the same problem. The sipxconfig log file pointed to Mongo, and the Mongo log file stated there was not enough disk space.
I'm running sipX inside VirtualBox, and the default 8GB was not enough. I gave it 16GB, and all went well. It could be due to the way Mongo preallocates for the datafiles, but I haven't had the opportunity to look closer. Anyone know if their are defined minimum system requirements somewhere for 4.6?
