Douglas, I'm not a user of the existing ACD, but this bring up a question I think needs to be answered. At some point ACD appears to die. At Some point OpenACD is the only ACD in sipXecs.
It seems there needs to be at least one version that has the full compliment of ACD working, along with a comparable version of OpenACD to give those who are using ACD a method of transitioning users from one system to the other. If not, it will be a difficult task to migrate from ACD on one version, to OpenACD on the next version. I can't image a smooth method of transitioning working users in that scenario. Are there industrial users out there using ACD that would get stranded if this happens? -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Douglas Hubler Sent: Tuesday, September 18, 2012 11:37 AM To: sipX developers Subject: [sipx-dev] Going to stop building sipXacdStatistics. No need and has dep on ruby-postgres which has compiler issues on fedora 17. I won't delete the code, but i will stop compiling the code in sipXconfig that binds to stats SOAP API client bindings. _______________________________________________ sipx-dev mailing list [email protected] List Archive: http://list.sipfoundry.org/archive/sipx-dev/ _______________________________________________ sipx-dev mailing list [email protected] List Archive: http://list.sipfoundry.org/archive/sipx-dev/
