If the conference is deposited in the delete folder, and you have a rule for the delete folder, it would seem that you would execute that rule for all files that have been placed into that folder.
Once a conference is deleted, I believe the user is saying to get rid of it. I don't believe the delete folder is a place for archiving conferences or emails.
