It would be good to know the version you were on and this worked and the version you see it fails (I assume latest patch)


This install is the 4.4 with the latest yum updates. It worked in May with whatever were the latest patches then. It seems to be something to do with the call coming in from sipxbridge as dialing the acd internally works fine. This may be related to my other post about the 500 response from sipx. My guess is if we fix that we would fix the ACD.
