Indeed it is a good job from siplabs on the Yealink plugin.

Very nice findings, Jan. By the "latest firmware" do you mean de V61?

BTW, have you tried the BLF on Yealink? I have one special case that I need
to take a deep look onto. From my testing, if you have  a user, let's say
201 with call-forward to another user 202 for instance, you can't always
get the correct BLF status from user 201.

So far, it seems that when the SUBSCRIBE to 201@sipdomain hits registrar,
it will get a 302 with 2 or more Contatcs:, and the proxy will fork the
SUBSCRIBE to all the Contacts: received.

Depending on which fork answers back first, the BLF will get the wrong user
and no BLF will work.

I'll try to take a look at the MoH config you mentioned.
