Setup: Call sequence setup for hunt group 5554 1. Initial call User 204, If no response User-212, If no response User-209, If no response again User 212. All are set for 30 secs. (Here User 212 is added twice) Steps: 1.From user 207 dial Hunt group 5554 Expected Result: Call sequence should function as per the setup and User-212 should ring twice Actual result:Call sequence will function only till user 209 and it does not go to user 212 for the second time. Query: 1. Can the same user be added more than once in the hunt group because there are no error messages displayed when the same user is added more than once to the hunt group 2. If it is accepting the same user more than once for a hunt group then the call sequence should function as per the setup. |
