May you explain me, please: in which step to rename dir? Also, I cloned *git://github.com/dhubler/openfire.git* to *openfire* dir manuaky and then run *autoreconf* there - it failed with the same error message about configure.ac. I switched branches - that did not help. I went to GIT repository by browser to find missing files - they are not there.
