If this is an unmanaged gateway... Devices>Gateway>(choose), the dialplan should show your rule. The rpefix would be blank.
DialPlans should have the PSTN prefix as optional UNCHECKED and the prefix UNCHECKED. This works for me on 3.10.1 > "Gabor Paller" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> 05/30/08 09:49AM >>> Hi, Sipx users, I configured a gateway (it is irrelevant, which kind of gateway) reusing the Local dial plan rule. This is a very simple dial plan rule with two statements: PSTN prefix is 9 and External number length is Any number of digits. All goes well except that the digit "9" preceding the external number is also sent to the gateway. The explanation field under the PSTN prefix field states that the prefix will be dropped before the call is sent to the gateway. Is this a fault, documentation error or am I misunderstanding something?
