Ok. Background 2,1 sets it back to a blank background. You do this from the httpd interface. I'd suggest running bootrom 4.1, Polycom says it may cause lockups or boot failures without it. The GUI has some adjustments from the MENU. It's not able to change the colors greatly (black letts on white background is not possible). You can move both sliders down and make it stand out better though. Settings>Basic>Preferences>Label Color.
