I do what you are asking for now. Since "schedules" are currently allowed only for users and not for hunt groups, I use the fallback destination setting [under the hunt group setting] and set it to forward to an extension that in turn has a schedule set to forward to the AA after hours [if that makes sense].
The alternative is rather than using a hunt group is to give all users a single general line/extension that is shared and then set up a schedule for that that gets forwarded to your AA after hours.
