Strictly speaking, the URI is sip:[EMAIL PROTECTED] domain]. The address, port, and transport are determined by applying the procedures of RFC 3263 to that URI. (But any UA attempting to use that URI is already programmed to do that.) The MOH server is prepared to use both UDP and TCP. If the DNS records for your SIP domain are set up in any of the usual ways, the UA will be able to contact the server using either UDP or TCP.
