sipXecs does not support IM (i.e. It does not have an IM server). 

If I understand Bria properly, it does have a "separate" configuration for IM 
and SIP, so then you would need an integrated IM server in your SIP service to 
do this.

This might seem confusing the way Bria/Eyebeam handles presence by being able 
to do 'peer-to-peer", but IM is another thing altogether I think.

Anyone feel free to correct me if i interpret this wrong, but that's how I 
remember Bria to work.
