This is not natively available in 3.10.2 (stable version). At the same time if you have a client-to-site VPN using softphones, you can connect your PC to your VPN where the sipx server is and run a softphone using the stable (3.10.2) version. In the upcoming 4.0 release, sipxbridge will be introduced, which allow for sip trunking from ITSP's and allows remote user NAT traversal for SIP. SIP aware firewalls are not inexpensive. They are also not plentiful in the open source world (yet). NAT traversal for SIP is not the standard NAT or port forwarding issue.
