I think this has been asked/asnwered before in the sipx-dev list.
 
It's a non-standard install, and I think you have to change prefixes in some 
config files and do a manual install to make this happen. DNS is a different 
thing. It wont need multiple chroots if DNS is elsewhere or the domain it is 
answering for are both resolvable to one installation.
 
It's not easily upgradeable either.
 
What exactly are you trying to accomplish?

You might be able to hack something with different install directories / ports 
but it would probably be an uphill battle.
