Hi all, I'm new at polycom's world and I have a couple of SoundPoint IP 330 to start with.
What I was trying to achieve is to have only one number at the phone but, when I receive a second call, how to make it ring at the 'Line 2' button? Let's say user 201 at the phone calls user 202 using 'Line 1'. Then someone else calls 201 and what I want to happen is that user 201 be able to press 'Line 2' and start talking to someone else, while user 202 stays on hold. Is this called Multiple Line Appeareance? BTW, I'm using sipx 3.10.2. I hope I could make myself clear enough. Thanks in advance.
