Subject: Re: [sipx-users] Sipx http(s) access behind an ingate fw

With https, I am getting

Error 404 - Not Found.

No context on this server matched or handled this request.
Contexts known to this server are:

*       WebApplicationContext[/sipxconfig,sipXconfig-web]
<https://216.75.170.54:8443/sipxconfig/>

The links above may not work if a virtual host is configured

When I click on WebApplicationContext[/sipxconfig,sipXconfig-web]
<https://216.75.170.54:8443/sipxconfig/> , I get the sipx web interface.
I able to login and go through different pages, but then I try to make
changes and click "apply" or "ok", I get a blank white page. Then the
changes are not effected.

Thanks

James

Hello,

Thanks for the help. I am still experiencing a problem-when I type
"http://public-ip:8443"; <http://public-ip:8443> . I am getting a
download dialog, asking me to
download http://public-ip.

Thanks
James

TCP port 8443 needs to be forwarded.

        In INGATE create the service:

sipxconfig - TCP Dynamic session management
1024-65535 8443

        then the relay

outside (public ip) 8443 (sipx private ip address)
(sipx private ip
        address) 8443 TCP relay WAN - -
24/7 -

        Hello List

I am trying to access the http(s) interface on a sipx machine
sitting
behind an ingate fw. I have relayed/ port forwarded port 8443 on
the
ingate fw to the sipx machine IP address. When I try accessing
the sipx
machine using http(s)://public-ip:8443, I get error "The server
at
public-ip is taking too long to respond." A question,

-What port(s) do I need to forward on the ingate fw?Thanks

        James
