Have you installed java prior to installing sipx? If not, are you installing
sipx via the yum repo and letting it resolve the depencies for you or are you
building your own?
All FC8 needs is a base install (no java or apache I think), and the yum
install method will install all this for you properly (I use Centos 5 because i
find it easier, but that's me).

hi all
I have installed sipx3.10.2 twice on fedora8, today.
I have got same issue both times.
1) I got message on top of web page :-
One of the background jobs failed. For details click: here
2) In Diagnostics --> Services web page i got following message
java.lang.RuntimeException: Unexpected error:
java.security.InvalidAlgorithmParameterException: the trustAnchors parameter
must be non-empty
3) In Diagnostics ---> Job Status all the displayed services are showed
status fail.
4) Web page Diagnostics --> Call Detail Record is not displayed. On
clicking this link message displays is
An
internal error has occurred. Click here to continue.
5) Folder /var/sipxdata/sipdb is empty, doesnot contain any xml file
after installation
Noting fails on starting up the sipxpbx i.e
service sipxpbx start
Java 6 is installed and fine.
Why this is happening any idea?
Do i need to install anything else?
Do i fix these now with some changes or try to install again?
Any help
