We have three LifeSize Phones which work very nicely. They are sip and  
h323 compatible. 16 mics arranged round the rim of it's circular shape  
with auto sensing of who is talking, ie which mic(s) to have open.  
They do the polycom high bandwidth codecs but can also do full AAC.  
The speakers go very loud and the duplex/echo cancellation is excellent.
