Hi, we tried to configure speed dial with presence flag enable from Web GUI for the following polycom phones: - Polycom 650 firmware 3.0 - Polycom 601 firmware 3.1 - Polycom 430 firmware 3.1
It works correctly only for Polycom 601 firmware 3.1. The other phones, after reboot, don't display speed dial. Speed dial configuration form Web GUI works correctly if precence flag is not enable. Can you help me?
