No. Currently the sipx voice mail storage (inbox) is in xlm formal. I
haven;t been aboe to find a simple way (yet) to have an imap server
properly interpreting the xml format, since the inbox options are
somewhat different than a standard mailbox.
At the same time, there is discussion of replacing the voicemail storage
from its current state to using the freeswitch method, so until there is
a clear path, we've made no attempt to properly integrate this.
Pointedly, an IMAP connection to your inbox would defintely reduce the
complexity for the end user and actually making this a much more
"unified" messaging system.
Back in the early 90's we were integrating exchange/groupwise/notes via
a simple gateway method right into each systems message store, and a
simple delete on one (email or phone) would delete the other, which is
precisely what unified means.
It will be nice to know what the voice mail storage mechanism will look
like in the future so this can be tackled just one time.
What we worked out was a gateway to run on a mail server and read the
contents of the inbox and "translate" them for the user when they
checked their email. Ideally it would be something like a postfix server
on the same box, with an extension that checks the current list of users
and uses directs authentication requests against it. So creating
accounts would not be necessary (could use SOAP too).
Agreed, unified would be nice and would be happening now if it was
easier. I have not seen any easy to read information on freeswitch, nor
have I got any feedback from the freeswitch lists I subscribed to to
understand that structure yet either.

Hello,
Does Sipxecs would support Imap storage for voicemail.
I tried sipxecs/exchange/geomant(mwi) with success but quite expensive .
