Hello, We are currently evaluating the use of Patton GWs for our customers instead on Audiocodes. We are having issues getting MOH played out through the Patton FXO ports like we used to get it with Audiocodes.
Basically instead of the music defined in sipx we get a Hold tone played out. Is this a known issue with Patton gateways, have any of you been able to get MOH played out through Patton gateways. Your input is apprciated. Regards, Luis
