In HA installation every sipXproxy generates CSEs and they end up in the DB local to that proxy. Call resolver needs to be configured to read CSEs from all those DBs. If you did not configure call resolver initially you can go back in time by deleting all CDRs that were calculated incorrectly and restarting call resolver. It will discover new CSE source and will recalculate all deleted CDRs. Also once call resolver is configured in HA mode it will refuse to process CSEs unless it has connections to all the sources: so fixing connectivity problems and restarting call resolver will make it to generate all missing CDRs.
