In HA installation every sipXproxy generates CSEs and they end up in the DB
local to that proxy. Call resolver needs to be configured to read CSEs
from all those DBs.

If you did not configure call resolver initially you can go back in time by
deleting all CDRs that were calculated incorrectly and restarting call
resolver. It will discover new CSE source and will recalculate all deleted
CDRs.

Also once call resolver is configured in HA mode it will refuse to process
CSEs unless it has connections to all the sources: so fixing connectivity
problems and restarting call resolver will make it to generate all missing
CDRs.
