If you restart the call resolver service it will clean it up.
The call is actually not still in progress, the CDR system just never got the message that the call was done. Mike From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Andrew Radke Sent: Wednesday, October 22, 2008 12:12 AM To: sipx-users Subject: [sipx-users] active calls list Hi everyone, On occasion we will end up with a call listed under the active call detail records page that doesn't exist anymore, usually after it failed to establish for some reason. These call stay around forever rather than disappearing after a couple of hours as the side note on the page indicates. For example a current one: 202 ~~mh~ 10/13/08 1:35 PM 12,994 minutes, 2 seconds In Progress Is there an easy way to drop calls like this manually?
