If you restart the call resolver service it will clean it up.

 

The call is actually not still in progress, the CDR system just never
got the message that the call was done.

Hi everyone,

 

On occasion we will end up with a call listed under the active call
detail records page that doesn't exist anymore, usually after it failed
to establish for some reason. These call stay around forever rather than
disappearing after a couple of hours as the side note on the page
indicates. For example a current one:

Is there an easy way to drop calls like this manually?
