Hello – Setup and installed no problem. Having an issue with AD/LDAP import. Here is what I did: Have LDAP setup to pull from AD domain controller. I am running Windows 2008 with no exchange. LDAP is able to preview the account correctly. I have the user ID attribute tied to the telephone number, just like the wiki instructions indicate I couldn’t get it to work with “proxyaddress=*” on the filter. Once I removed, everything worked on the preview. Once I got everything configured I got this message: LDAP configured properly. Press OK to return to LDAP Import Page. Looking at the preview, everything looks good. I press OK. Then press the Import button. Get an error within 10 seconds: One of the background jobs failed. For details click: here Under Job status, I see this: Job Start Time Stop Time Status Error / Warning Import data: CN=Jonathan M. Merrill 10/25/08 11:04 PM 10/25/08 11:04 PM Failed The name "201" is already being used by a user or service. (AND all my users in AD list here, with the names 202, 203, 204, etc. going down the list. The names do not show in the user list. So I am confused by the error of any extension already being used. Please help. Stuck at this point. JMM
