Hi Tony,

The 2 X-Lite phones are on the same subnet without any firewalls in
between. The phones can have as long a conversation as they want and do
not get dropped. X-Lite and sipxecs seem to be working fine as the
phones register properly and can send/receive audio calls without a
problem.

Funny you should mention h.264. If I look in the X-Lite advanced
options tab under enabled video codecs I only see H.263 and H.263+
(1998). There are no codecs listed under disabled codecs for video.

Subject: Re: [sipx-users] X-Lite video capability

that's h.264, sipx has not problem sending it and receiving it. Assuming
your phone call works between the two pc's, then make sure your video
source is chosen in x-lite and that both sides are both aware they have
video and then send it once the call starts.

Will you confirm calls between the two pc's work for more than 1 minute
without dropping, and that both soft phones can register to the server
and make/receive calls and send/receive audio that they are both on the
same network as sipx with no firewall in between. If they are on
different networks, you'll need to be more explicit in explaining your
network connection between them.

Hi Everyone,

I'm looking for anyone out there who is using the video capability
in the Counterpath X-Lite softphone with sipxecs. I have the X-Lite
softphones working fine with sipxecs, but when I try a video link I
can't see the other person's video. I can see my own video fine, but
never the other person's. I read the statement on the "Managed Phones"
section of sipfoundry.org and it says that sipxecs should support the
video.

Does anyone have a working video configuration of sipxecs - X-lite?

Thanks for all your help...
