What you want is to set the request uri to one thing and then also get a
Route header added to the message so that it is sent to the right
server:
<item>
<identity>[EMAIL PROTECTED]</identity>
<contact><sip:[EMAIL PROTECTED]:ocs-med.itsco.com></contact>
</item>
