What you want is to set the request uri to one thing and then also get a
Route header added to the message so that it is sent to the right
server:


  <item>
      <identity>[EMAIL PROTECTED]</identity>
      <contact>&lt;sip:[EMAIL PROTECTED]:ocs-med.itsco.com&gt;</contact>
  </item>
