Vikas, My only suggestion here is to upgrade to the latest code. As this is not an issue I have seen before, it would be quite difficult to go back and figure out what the problem was in 3.11.4. If you are still seeing the issue in 3.11.8, that is a different story. Please be aware (as you probably already are) that 3.11 is unstable. One of the results of this is that sipXconfig database upgrades between 3.11.x builds are not guaranteed to work. So, it is possible that if you try to upgrade between 3.11.4 and 3.11.8 that you will encounter database inconsistencies and have to reset your database.
